Liu Xing, a young fisherman from a fishing village, borrowed money for his grandfather’s medical treatment and was forced into the sea. He unexpectedly gained the inheritance of the East Sea Dragon King, awakening abilities: underwater breathing, fish control and seabed x-ray vision.
