Liu Xing, a young fisherman from a fishing village, borrowed money for his grandfather’s medical treatment and was forced into the sea. He unexpectedly gained the inheritance of the East Sea Dragon King, awakening abilities: underwater breathing, fish control and seabed x-ray vision. With dragon power, he hunted treasures on the tidal flats. Rising from a humble fisherman, he defeated villains, befriended influential figures and founded Star Ocean Offshore Company. At last, he turned into a golden dragon guarding the East Sea and became Haicheng’s legend.
