I Became the Mind-Reading Dragon Emperor's Only Silence

After a car accident, emergency physician Lynn is transported to Aethergard, where AI-77 orders her to steal the Heartscale from the Dragon Emperor, Aurelius, to return home. Aurelius can hear everyone's thoughts—except Lynn's. Her touch brings him silence, while he becomes her only way out. But when Lynn discovers AI-77 plans to use the Heartscale to destabilize the world, she must choose between going home and staying with the Dragon Emperor she has come to love.
