The Inheritance of UsEpisode 3

Ella, betrayed by her cheating fiancé Liam, impulsively marries his father David. But David’s real motive is to confirm if Ella is his daughter, abducted at birth. DNA proves it: Ella is David’s child and Liam’s sister. The marriage is annulled, and Ella becomes a true family member. Liam struggles but eventually accepts her as his sister, mending his ways. Ella finds her place in the family business, restores her late mother’s Scottish estate, and supports orphaned children. Through quiet moments—shared meals, gardening, holidays—she heals from years of abandonment. David, who searched for her for twenty-six years, finally has his daughter home. The series ends with Ella at the breakfast table with David, Liam, and his girlfriend, wearing her mother’s ring, feeling she has truly arrived. A tale of mistaken identity, rediscovered roots, and the enduring power of family forgiveness.
