Lin Yi was originally a prodigy in the sect and the chief disciple of Luoyun Peak. However, he was framed by his junior disciple, Tang San. The sect master, Liu Ruyan, and the senior female disciple, Yun Yao, showed partiality towards the scheming junior disciple and blamed all the faults on Lin Yi.
